How we do Business

We will undertake your entire GardenHome project from A to Z – from its initial design all the way through its final construction.  However, in keeping with the time-honored (and proven) tradition of architectural firms, we will NOT physically build it.  In our capacity as your "Agent", we will leave that job to an independent building contractor (selected by YOU on a competitive basis) who'll do the work under our overall project supervision and oversight.

In this context, we would also like to note that we are not connected with, or in any way whatsoever related to, any building/garden contractor or supplier and that we shall never accept any commissions or gratuities from any such firms in connection with their having been awarded a contract as a result of our efforts on your behalf.

This "old-fashioned" approach guarantees that we shall never have to deal with any  "conflicts of interest" problems that could arise if we were, like a "Design-Build" firm, for example, cast in the dual role as architect-planner on the one hand and builder-contractor, on the other.  Since all of this will leave us free to address YOUR  needs and desires on a completely objective basis, you can rest assured that the only axe we'll ever have to grind and the only agenda we will ever pursue will be YOURS!
